Contents and Timetable This gives details of all the documents in the registration pack and the timetable of the key dates. Registration Form This should be completed and returned to the school which you have nominated as Assessment Centre 1 by 4.00pm on Friday 23rd September 2011. Guidance Notes These will assist in the completion of the Registration Form and other documents. Specification of the Entrance Assessment This gives details of the topics being assessed by the Entrance Assessment.
