1. QUALIFICATIONS/TRAINING
Essential
University Degree or equivalent;
Recognised Teaching Qualification.

2. EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE
Essential
-
Employed
in the post primary sector or related area for at least 12 years in
last 15 years i.e. since 1st September 1995;

Knowledge
and experience as a member of Senior Management Team or comparable
management experience;

Will have
held at least 5 responsibility points for a minimum of 3 years;

Knowledge
and understanding and management experience of the post primary
sector curriculum with a clear awareness and understanding of the
main educational issues facing a large 11-18 College;

Understanding of the nature and purpose of a Catholic School

Leadership of staff;
